Retail chains have made voluntary commitments to limit margins on certain types of socially important products. For control, a hotline has been launched , to which you can report overpricing of products in chain stores.
In addition, the Government provided for the possibility of using the reserves of the state fund - such a decree was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. If prices rise by 10% or more compared to the average price, the fund will be able to sell these products, stabilizing the situation on the market.
The list of enterprises that will be able to buy such products from the state will be compiled by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
